What’s Included In Heal-Strong Program?

 

The Heal-Strong program is an 8 week program that will guide you through revamping your understanding of what your body needs to be healthy.

 

We will focus on:

  • Nutritional education, food diaries and meal planning to create a balanced diet that nourishes your body while eliminating cravings and digestive issues.
  • Adjusting the frequency of meals to reduce metabolic stress and maintain consistent blood sugar
  • Breath and movement work to ensure that you are breathing and moving in ways that serve your unique body.
  • Stress reduction through reducing commitments, daily planning sessions, gratitude exercises and breathwork.

 

Throughout this program you will have continuous access to support from your instructor, Jared Tavasolian.

Meet Your Instructor


Jared Tavasolian is a lifelong student who wants to help you achieve vibrant health and ease in your body. He’s been a personal trainer, health coach and personalized nutrition coach for the past 20 years. After training with some of the most elite movers in the world he stepped out of the gym and developed his own approach to helping people retrain their nervous system in fun ways that help them gain strength and remain injury free.

His interest in food and nutrition comes from his own journey of being the kid who ate candy and junk food and had digestive issues. With knowledge, experience and training he is someone who now appreciates the relationship between what we eat, what we can absorb and the quality of our health which enables us to lead the lives we want.

“I met Jared as I was grieving the loss of my brother and father and during that, I got into a very bad car accident that killed a dear friend of mine and left me re-learning to walk. “Here is why Jared is a Wizard. I’ll start with my knee. I don’t know what I did to it/ I probably tore my ACL or something. I do a bunch of running and crazy things I probably shouldn't do. But then my knew had a lot of swelling and pain and I wasn’t able to do the workouts that I like to do. This had gone on for a couple of months because I am stubborn and didn’t want to go to the doctor. And he gave me some super simple exercises to do a couple of times a week (and I probably only did them twice a week if I’m being honest). But right away the swelling went down and the pain was gone in a week and a half. I could still feel it clicking for a few weeks but by and large, it is totally back to normal. I even started jogging again.

Second, I have some autoimmune things going on and I don’t tolerate histamine very well. But Jared made some tweaks to my food and my daily routine and things like that. And when I am being compliant, it's pretty much gone! and I feel like a million bucks. Of course, sometimes I backslide a bit because I’m not always the most compliant human, but now all I have to do is go back to doing what I am supposed to and I feel awesome.

“I’ve been working with Jared for about 5-6 months now. The reason why I started working with Jared was that I had a lot of discomfort in my body. Some of it was menopause so I was experiencing a lot of hair loss, insomnia, weight gain, and all sort of not fun symptoms. I was also feeling a lot of pain in my body, specifically around my hips, to the point that it was difficult for me to get up and walk across the room, get out of a chair, or get in my car.

I knew I liked Jared right away because I felt like he really underwood women, the way we think about food, and the way we think about our weight. Women often deprive and don’t think to add more things in. It was really refreshing for him to understand the things I was experiencing. What he has done for me is he has developed a customized eating plan for me that has worked really well it’s a lot more food than I’m used to eating but I feel much healthier eating this way. He introduced some supplements to me and I had never been familiar with supplements but they actually have worked really great. He taught me breathing techniques to help me sleep better which has worked wonderfully. He has worked with me on a customized fitness plan as well which has helped me have a better range of motion in my body.

Since we started working together I really have been feeling so much better, my hair stopped falling out, the weight is finally coming off, and my hips are feeling much better.
